Philips HTS3115 or Panasonic SCHT540?

Hi,

I am trying to decide between buying an Philips HTS3115 (for £150-180) or a Panasonic SCHT540 (for £140).

I'd need to connect to my Daewoo PVR and a PS2, and would like to be able to connect my ipod to it (if possible?).

I have an HDTV so the HDMI output on the HTS3115 is quite tempting, but is it worth the extra cash?

Any advice?

Thanks.

If i was in your situation i would probably go fo the Philips HTS3115 as if it has the hd port although it does have 350 watts less power in the speakers
