dvd & hifi

hi -
getting lost in a maze of choices...

i would like to buy a easy to use unit to do this underneath my tv...

play dvds (hdmi output so i can keep my component connection for the wii)
play cd's
play radio (dab would be nice...
not fussed whether it's stereo or 2.1, but if 5.1 then would need wireless rear speakers.

can anyone reccomend anything with respectable performance on the above? <£500

Hi Dolt.

I have recently bought a TEAC DR-H300 (http://www.teac.co.uk/2007site/pages...MklllBlack.htm) and I'm very pleased with it. I have the system connected to a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze BR2 speakers and the sound quality is really good. Picture quality is also very good through HDMI (even with DIVX files).

I think you should check this system. I think it should fit your budget.
