What is the best Home Cinema Equipment for under £200?

I require it for connection to LCD TV and Xbox 360!

I am in the same position. I have decided to go 5.1 and it is such a minefield. I hope some can provide some advice.

scretch to a bit more and the yamaha av59 and sony htss1000 are good

The Sony one can be bought for under £200 and in my opinion, looks like pretty good value for money.....
