Up to £400 for the world

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a while and have decided to take the plunge.

Here's what I am after in a system:

Dolby Pro-Logic II, DTS. DVD audio. DIVX. Optical digital In. MP3. DVD-R

& nice to haves:

Progressive scan. DAB Digital tuner.

Asking a lot I know. All the highly rated systems, in terms of audio quality etc, don't seem to offer DivX playback. The only system I've seen that offers all this is the Samsung HT-DS470, but for only £150 I can't believe that the quality is going to be that great. Does anyone have any experience with this system? I can't find any reviews of it.

Any other options?
