Apart from Samsung 945? a DVi/HDMI player will eat almost all of your budget....Panny S97 is £300....others are £500+
(WHY HDMI DVD player?????)
all in ones arent that great unlesss you spend seperates money then might as well get seperates.......

thanks for that, no special need tv also can be connected via component but has hdmi , and from what i have seen that seems to be the better connection. or do you disagree. ive seen some threads about denon set ups would you advise one of these sets using component.

I think a good analogue component output looks better than DVi/HDMI for DVD mate
Get a good component player an AMP and speakers, (need to increase budget a bit tho)
