Hi,

Ive been looking for a decent 2.1 setup for my HD TV as i have wooden floors in my lounge and dont want to run cables everywhere...

Also the "wireless" 5.1 systems still have to powered so are not ideal...

The BTX70 and the BD7200 seem almost identical specs.. and price and i have done lots of searches on both but cant fint a direct comparison.

I know there are probably technically better systems but as my TV is wall mounted and not in a cabinet i wanted the blu-ray player to be aesthetically appealing and the ipod dock is an added bonis as i can move my sony air system.

I am running: Toshiba 52XV555DB 52" LCD with Sky+ HD


has anyone heard both of these and seen the blu-ray outputs?

I am currenty using just the TV audio as the sound bar i bought (to keep the room cable free) is pretty crap and it also elevates the TV an extra foot higher over the mantle which means you have to crane your neck more to watch it!! - would be nice to drop it down that little bit more with the bar gone..

any help much appreciated!
