Something to replace old VideoLogic DigiTheatre DTS

I've been using my digitheatre for a few years now. I have a separate DVD player but lately I've noticed some lip sync problems, most notably Batman and Robin on DVD (the acting was rubbish too but I cant blame the DVD player). I'm not sure what's causing the problem so I'd like to replace them both with an all in one system that has multiregion DVD, blu-ray (if within budget although not vital), HDMI, Optical and Coax in for Sky+HD, Xbox 360, blu-ray laptop. I'd need HDMI out to my tv as well but I suppose that's obvious.

I have a budget of up to £200, but if you think that's not enough I can see what the christmas monkey can throw at me.

Also, one question as I've not done the HDMIs all going into one device thing before. If I have Sky switched on and I am playing my xbox, will they interfere with each other at all. I just have bad memories of a cheap scart switcher.

Can anyone suggest a good replacement?

Cheers

Nobody's got any suggestions?

Would getting a 2.1 system and reusing my old Digitheatre surround speakers to turn it into 5.1 be an idea?
