How do I remove Windows 7 from my dual boot option?

I have a Toshiba NB100 Netbook with 2GB ram and was dual booting between Windows XP and Windows 7.

After having a play around with W7 i've decided to stop using it and revert back to XP, as it runs a lot better on my Netbook.

So I've formatted the partition which had W7, however everytime I boot up I still get the dual boot option come up

I've looked at the boot.ini and can't see any mention of W7 and have also clicked on "check all boot paths" which tells me that nothings wrong.

Can anyone help please?
