It's now 22:24 and I used the online site contact me button on Monday with my complaint, I then waited 48hours and still nothing, no reply.. When I tried to login to the forum to ask why no one had even had the common curtsy to send a reply it says 'Sorry your mail address is banned'

So exactly how does my eMail address get banned when the letter of complaint I sent was legitimate, at no time did I swear or loose my temper, I simply said this is what happened in this store at this time on this date. Then nothing, no reply.. Try it yourself if you dont believe me, try writing a letter of complaint wait 24 hours then try and login to the forum...

Have you been banned for no reason?

If thats there game fine, just watch me drop there SQL tables!!
