Mine can just about manage in a large 7.5m x 4m room, although does start to roll off heavily after 35hz. I'm still tweaking though, and those results are only with the gain at ~45%, and a room that gives me some horrible peaks.
Check out CARMA and get yourself a Radioshack SPL meter direct from BK if you order the sub. Vital to read up a bit and get the sub setup correctly in your room. The difference is staggering ! Gemini |

I have sketched out an idea of the room in the image attached.
All the walls are brick walls and there is a door to the left of the front left speaker.
The other end of the room is used for the dining area.
