not adjustable as such,but it has a small adaptor and a "large" one,as they describe it.
i just popped off the bottom attachment from its place,and its easier to wear.
bearing in mind though that its not meant to have the whole ear shoved through it,merely just hang over the top of your ear.....either that or noddy is your friend.!
