They are VPI/VCI 0/38 & PPoA.
As a User Name use
broadbanduser@btbroadband.com (or whatever you were using at the old house) with no Password.
However as has been said, if it worked in the old house it will work in the new one. This is because BT use standard settings, User Name, and no Password because they authenticate on the telephone line/number.
In other words I would be inclined not to fiddle with the Routers's settings.
