The firmware model listed at the moment is
LCD TV 6, 7 series of SD models Main Firmware (ver.T-AMBPEUMD-1020.1). check ur television to see if this is updated version or the same as yours?
as always updating firmware always bears a risk
, so maybe do a bit more reading up or make some calls to Samsung for advice before trying out is all i can say - i don't want to be responsible for bricking your television
i personally have never tried upgrading firmware on televisions before but reading the PDF instructions it seems quite a simple procedure.
