Toshiba GSC-K80HE
Hi

I'm very new to this part of the forums, I don't know anything about camcorders.

We have a baby due in a couple of months and I need to buy the obligatory camcorder to capture 'those special moments'

I have a couple of HD TV's and thought it would be nice to get a nice HD camcorder.

Comet have a Toshiba GSC-K80HE for £299 (reduced from £499 if they are to be believed) is this is decent enough camcorder for family outing type videos ?

Is there something glaringly wrong with it?

Should I spend my money on something else ?

Would spending a (little) more money get my something far better ?
