FWIW,

In Australia this model is rebranded and sold as a BOSE unit.
My daughter and son-in-law have been using it daily for over 12 months with no problems until recently, when it started cutting out.
I have been inside it and it is not shoddily put together, but the problem is not obvious.
I found this forum while searching for info about it, particularly a service manual.
Doesn't look like there is one readily available!!
