Thanks for the insight! I might be considering a 50+, < 60" plasma. Last week I saw a Mitsubishi DLP, 65", with base stand and delivery, all for 1599.00 USD at Costco.

But again, all the other members' responses about the hours/day the TV stays, it makes sense to not go for a DLP.
