Looks to me like you need a new fuse holder. Hopefully you only need to change the bit that is broken, but more than likely the need to clean out the broken bits still left in the fuse holder still needs to be done.
Try Maplins for a replacement fuse holder. You need to know at least two things, 1. Fuse rating and 2. size of fuse.
