The people you want to be complaining to are Microsoft and there is a link to do so a few pages back on this thread.
If you search this thread for "What HiFi" you will see that the XBOX has problems with 1080p on several sets not just this one.
Until owners stop complaining on here though and start complaining to Microsoft in droves sod all will be done about it.
