You can still create the HK account by skipping the billing section, but I don't know if we'll ever be able to add funds as no cards that either you or I have are working

I just hope there will be points cards released at somepoint, and I'm sure we'll be able to use them so long as we import them.
Just find it strange I managed to add funds to my US account but just can't with my HK one. If only the HK store accepted amex
