The low profile is likely to be your main issue, I had a quick look and the fastest low card that fits your requirements I could see was the Radeon 6670 - although only Sapphire is doing a low profile version at the moment. That's about £75 and will work with your current power supply (it's got a very similar power draw to your current card).
