Thanks for those. Having installed my new Sapphire screen last night I had a little play with my HD600x-lv's settings. I'm no expert but your suggestions seem pretty good as a starting point. The very darkest shades of black and lightest shades of white aren't quite distinguishable (I'm using
LCD monitor test images as a test site) but my expectations are realistic given the relatively low cost of my kit.
