| Panel type
I bought this same 32" model from M&S recently during a sale. It appears to be an early 2011 made model. Mine is fitted with a AMVA panel from AUO when I viewed the hidden menu:

The viewing angle is very narrow and my particular example does suffer from a bit of vertical banding but not enough to bother me.
It's been reported on the forum that more recently manufactured models are now being fitted with a Chimei Innolux MVA panel:
