£4 increase according to the letter I got this morning, I'd assume like Mobile Phone contracts you can end your contract without penalty if the terms are unfairly changed from what was initially signed up to.

I'd argue an average 6 to 10% cost increase would be deemed unfair and give you grounds to cancel the contract

Your talking £48 extra a year + the additional costs if your still recieving a paper bill
