Appreciate the response. Thanks for this. I'll give their email address a try now and see what they come back as saying. Will obviously update the thread but it does seem rather disappointing that they perhaps don't wish to keep you / us with a Samsung product or indeed a slightly discounted price for an upgraded set for example.
