Chill out mate. I'm trying to help! After my suggestion that it could be cinema mode, and despite saying you weren't using it, it then read like you were berating the cinema mode, which wouldn't be accurate or fair. If that wasn't your intention, I apologise, but I was just responding to that point.

You say your post was to inform other people who may be wondering if certain issues are native of the design. Well, that's all my post was - to inform other people of why (the SCART 2 audio sync) is almost certainly native of the design.

But, there does seem to be some genuine problems with your set. Glad that LG has agreed to repair it - hopefully they will address at least some of the problems you posted. Although I wouldn't get my hopes up that they will 'fix' all of them.
