Ordered X-Men Ultimate on Blu-ray on the 19th December and received an email to say it has been posted on the 04th January. I've sent 2 emails on the 10th and 12th January with no response to either.
I contacted HMV via phone today, only to be told that there online department is closed today.
The worst customer service ever.
One thing is for sure - voucher or no voucher, I will never use HMV again.
