Wow, what a brush off!
If they'd bother to even read the issues, they'd know exchanging won't make a difference, there's nothing to "repair" unless the guy can roll firmware back, and people don't want refunds- they like the tv, but the way it was with the previous fw. Annoying!
For the record, I love my 51" D6900 even with fw1019 pre-installed. I would just prefer higher luminance for 3D so it is watchable in brighter environments.
