afaik no Sky box has the capability to watch a third live channel while recording two. Any twin tuner pvr will let you watch an existing recording while recording two. If you mean you can use your TV tuner to watch a third that's nothing to do with the Sky box.

The Foxsat-hdr has the capability to offer some third channel viewing while recording two depending on the channels being recorded.

If both channels being recorded are from the same transponder then any third channel is viewable (and time shiftable)

If both channels being recorded are from different transponders then any channel sharing a transponder with either recording can be viewed.

The same pvr can also record two and watch a third using only a single lnb connection (This restricts 2nd channel recording to around 45% of the total channels available for most 1st tuner recording choices)
