Ok, I'm confused. Why are meal replacement shakes bad? I've been using myproteins' mrp shakes for a few months am think they are great.
Got a high amount of protein, and a smaller amount of carbs, fat then I would get if I had cereal etc. They only have about 300 calories (400 if I use milk) and taste just like a smoothie. So why is this worse then say having a mrp bar?
