Hard to say without seeing your full diet, but turkey has less fat than chicken. There's quark and cottage cheese which has a decent amount of protein in it too. Are some of your other foods fat heavy? Maybe cut back on them a little to allow for more protein and fat in something else?
I'm not saying shakes are a bad thing, I have them myself. But they are not a food replacement. You said above that time was an issue...you can't just have a shake instead of a meal.
Sorry if it looks like I'm being picky, but I want to try and help and get you the best diet you can (within the boundaries of my knowledge, I'll never claim to be a nutritional expert)
