Yes.. THats exactly the same.. I just found it a little disengaging, as I was playing Pilot Wings and as I moved, the screen appeared to "flop" about a bit.. It didn't inspire me much and I didn't feel it was as strong as previous "DS" products I had owned before.
But I am nit picking.. Overall, its a fabulous device and exceeded my expectations in every way!
