just to play devils advocate
The number of days a "product" as been on the market does not mean it is any less faulty.
If you purchased a £40 kettle that sometimes bolied water and sometimes didn't and when you took it back they said "well its new, only been out a few days" would you then walk off and wait for a running repair?
I am content to wait to see if they manage to patch the game, but I do not see why people have to accept a "trade in" price when they are (in principle) entitled to a full refund for a faulty product
