gone to lunch?...I was there with them the whole time, Panasonic erased any trace of WD files, when they plugged in hdd to reformat, the harddrive was not recognised . They downloaded different programs and eventually one worked. Not sure how they did it in the end , just glad they did and jacked off that a major manufacturer won't provide the same connectivity that other companies do and fail to advertise the fact. Then again "buyer be ware" hey?
