Friends of ours came round and they're not into home cinema or anything but they were amazed by the demo I showed them and on a properly set up display in a proper viewing environment I can't imagine why that wouldn't be the reaction of anyone that saw it
I watched a Sony demo today and everyone around me was 'blown away' whilst I thought it was just okay ?

Perhaps I don't like it when the 3D 'effect' seems to disappear off the edge of the screen, unlike the totally immersive experience you get in the cinema.

And am I the only one who hates the dark image - looking through (very heavy) sunglasses 'effect' you have to suffer ?

I'm after a 46 or 55" set soon, but the jury is still out at the moment as to whether or not we need more than a high quality picture.
