I read on the US Epson web site, that there isn't an Epson Wins 7 driver, however win7 has it's own compatible drivers. So I removed the Eposon drivers and turned my Epson printer on. It still didn't instantly see the printer. So I've tried to add the printer manually. However, when it gives the port selection, there is no 'Virtual Printer Port for USB', just 'usb local port'. I've loaded that one and the printer appears in the device/printers and sets up okay. Unfortunately, it doesn't send anything to print Looks as if this printer isn't Win7 compatible, contrary to what Microsoft say!
