I've been keeping my eye on the new Dune range too. Have been in the market for a few months now for a new media player as I have just finished my new Home Cinema room (just need the sofa) and my existing Conceptronic CFULLHDMIA doesn't really cut it anymore (no HDMI 1.3, etc.). A lot of the players seem to be vapour ware and was very close to buying the Dune MAX as I've seen places now have it in stock, but I think it could be an expensive mistake if I want to upgrade it when the new chipset comes out. Instead, I've picked up an AC Ryan Playon Mini in the meantime for €99 and will pick up the MAX next year when the new chipset is out. The AC Ryan will probably then be relegated to the living room.
