Looking back at the early posts, and how many of those have not eventuated despite promise? JooJoo = stillborn; NotionInk Adam, cancelled; the odd Windows one gone without a mention; Archos 9 really gutless...
But there is light, two do seem like the will appear, and look promising and correct the faults of the iPad:
