hi mckee 74,thanks for your help and support,i added the insignia to my devices,it powers off and on but it wont respond to the set commands,when i press chapter next it ejects and also in the led display on the harmony when i press setup or disc menu a message appears on the screen saying prohibited,so what i have decided to do is send it back to the ebay seller who i bought it off with an explanation of what is happening and have purchased one off of ebuyer,a
