I was told to check my cabinet to see if there's a new one beside the old one to see if fbre optics is coming soon.
There is only the new one, there is no old one.
Yet when I type in my phone number to the bt site it still says I can only get 0.512Mbps (even though I'm getting 2.9) and doesn't mention infinity.
But if I say i'm not with BT and inut my Postcode and house number they quote 24.1Down and 9 up coming soon. Surely if I have no old box it should be up and running.
