Hi, I'm also looking at this set.
I'm looking for a good gaming LCD.
I was originally looking at a panisonic, sony or samsung - 37" - 40". With a price of £700 tops. (including warrenty)
But this looks like a great offer, 42" , a fast refresh rate, and full 1080 p....
The only thing that is putting me off is its hard to find reviews, and being in Argos I can't view it. The main duobts I have are:
- its good with onscreen movement? (Its apparently 100hz)
- does it have good blacks?
(Also is it worth buying a warrenty?
or does the shop legally have to fix the tv if it breaks (on its own) within 3 yrs? (I heard it was UK Law)
(The main reason being, by the time I bought this set, and warrenty. It would only cost an aditional £100 to upgrade to a 40" sony, as it has the Sony 3 yr warrenty)
