Yes the void would need tanking as it is designed as a sort of soak away. But my idea was to deck it on a flaoting floor and have shelves for storage. There are plenty of air-bricks in there for air circulation and nothing value would be in the void. Is that ok to do? or would health and safety start throwing red flags at me?
Also do i have to notify planning to do something like this?
