It's been a while since I've played COD5 but I remember playing one level where I got to the end (Relentless is it? the one that finishes with the big guns facing out to sea) and nothing happened - I ended up backtracking through most of the level and found one Japanese soldier hiding in some bushes. Once I'd killed him and went back to the end again then Keifer said his bit and the level ended. COD5 is a bit buggy in places.

The bit you're stuck on (I think it's the bit where you're on top of a wall at the edge of the airfield?) did you try going all the way to the left past the furthest AA gun to see if that triggers the next attack? Also, did you make sure that all the AA guns are destroyed? I don't think it's enough just to kill the soldiers protecting them. You might need to backtrack across the airfield again to see if you've missed something.
