Unless they've waived the cut for the UK version. It's more of an alternate angle to the throat cutting scene, which the BBFC made Gibson change. That's the only cut I'm aware of, it's minor, but a cut is a cut IMO.

R2 United Kingdom- Fox - Yes, this is the same as the original UK theatrical version of the film which had one altered scene:
1. The cut of the magistrate's throat being slit is cut on R2 via a reframing of the shot done by Gibson at the behest of The BBFC. On R1 the shot is seen full on whilst on R2 it is obscured by camera technique/reframing.
