I hav'nt managed to get any concrete evidence regarding the business contracts yet.

All I seem to get is "Orange are changing the prices on ALL their contracts"

My situation is slightly differant as to be honest I really want to find a way of cancelling due to my dealer making a major cockup with the paperwork so he gets his commision clawed back.

However after I've been to court I'll take the T&S way out.
