Re: Orange contract question

To be honest with buisness department I had a huge issue:

1. Didnt know about the changes in terms but DID say my call charges go up in Sept, said I have right to cancel according to terms.
2. Speak to supervisor and says I wont be affected as I dont overuse minutes but told him if I do it wil so want to cancel.
3. Speaks to supervisor and gets told I can only cancel in Sept, to which I said is nonsense as I have 30 days from the moment im notified.
4. Speaks to supervisor and says I have to wait for text or letter, to which I read the other terms.
5. Speak to supervisor and I get told it is for only domestic plans, apparantly my charges arent going up. To which I argue why he mentioned they were going up in the 1st place. I accused his supervisor of fobbing me off to which she came on the phone and was very rude.

Will try again later once somebody can clarify if buisness venture packages are affected or not.
