I've been after an answer to this myself. Ive been stung for £5000 cashback by my dealer and want to cancel.
I'm going down 3 routes
1---I'm suing him (he cant defend that he doesnt owe it me I have proof)
2---Cancelling contract because he made a cockup with paperwork (So Orang claw back all his commision)
3---Just cancel with Orange because they changed their T&C's
I'm hopeing for 1 and 2 but will settle for 3
